Founded in 2021, as a consulting firm specializing in architectural and engineering design services. MTD Group consists of architects, engineers, inspectors, and managers; equal collaborators in the efforts to create innovative and sustainable solutions that meet the diverse needs of our clients. MTD Group has effectively seized a variety of opportunities resulting in successful outcomes; together with experience in commercial, medical, and educational design, coupled with understanding of heavy civil and structural construction. The collaboration of all team disciplines is essential for achieving quality designs, within budget, and most importantly maintaining schedule.

The founders experience and success in the AEC industry encouraged them to apply their knowledge to NYC Special Inspections. In 2024, MTD Group became a Special Inspection agency registered by NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) and is authorized to perform all Class II special inspections. A fundamental step in developing a full-service firm with the ability to offer inspection, design, and consulting services for the NY and NJ area.

With a wealth of combined experience spanning several decades, our experts are adept at performing comprehensive inspections and evaluations of materials, covering everything from foundations to roofing and including all associated building and site systems. Our expertise in managing these inspections results in considerable time and cost savings for our clients.
